World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical , mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity”. Marian established the Department of Health and Wellness in accordance with the definition and philosophy declared by WHO. The Department also highlights the Marian motto which aims at “informing, forming and transforming” her children. This transformation is not only an advance in academics but also is the maturation of a student into a healthy and responsible citizen.
