Working out at a gym can have many benefits, including improved physical health, stress relief, and social interaction. Marian Gym is dedicated to helping students to achieve fitness goals and improve overall health and well-being. The gym is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment where students/staff of all fitness levels can come together to work out and achieve their goals.

The facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including cardio machines, weight lifting equipment, and functional training areas. A knowledgeable and experienced trainer is available to help the students to develop a customized workout plan that is tailored to specific needs and goals.

In addition to fitness facilities, nutritional counseling, and support are also provided to help students to make healthy food choices and achieve weight loss or muscle-building goals.

Marifit – Marian Physical Fitness Assessment test for all students. A database on the fitness of students is created after the fitness test. Students who fall short of the expected fitness standards are given special attention and training.

Gym Timings

  • For Students:  6 AM to 8 AM, 2 PM to 5.30 PM
  • For Staff: 5.30 PM to 8 PM
