Devji Bhimji Oration – IIMC Kottayam
The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (Southern Campus, Kottayam) hosted the prestigious Devji Bhimji Oration, dedicated to the memory of Devji Bhimji, a pioneer of Malayalam journalism. Rev. Fr. Boby Alex Mannamplackal, Former Editor-in-Chief of Deepika Malayalam Daily, delivered an insightful oration on “Role, Relevance, Challenges and Future of Print Media”. The session, held on 18 November 2025 at the Seminar Hall, explored the evolving media landscape and the enduring value of print journalism.
