The Marian Institute of Management (MIM) organized an Expert Talk on Lean Manufacturing on 15th October 2025 at the MIM Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Dr. Govind Bhatt, Professor and Lean Consultant, and was coordinated by the Operations Club.

Dr. Bhatt shared deep insights into lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and waste reduction strategies adopted in modern industries. The interactive session helped management students understand real-world applications of lean methodologies in achieving operational excellence and sustainable productivity.
